Hotellet ligger fint plassert med utsikt over Adventdalen, Hiorthfjellet og Adventfjorden. Hotellet har flott møtesal med projektor og storskjerm, samt behagelige fellesområder for mingling og samtale. Et moderne og komfortabelt valg som passer både små og store grupper.

Dette er verdens nordligste fullservicehotell, og sto ferdig i mars 1995. Romfløyen kommer fra OL på Lillehammer, der den tjente som USAs sponsorhotell. I 2019 gjennomgikk hotellet en omfattende oppgradering og har i dag 128 rom, fordelt på enkeltrom, dobbeltrom og suiter.
