Prins Karls summer expedition 9 days: Hike on the west coast of Spitsbergen - Svalbard Wildlife Expeditions

On the central west coast of Spitsbergen Prins Karls Forland forms an 86 km long and 11 km wide island. This is an island of contrasts, with alpine peaks, sharp green fields of grass and barren stone deserts side by side. In this gorgeous landscape we are offering a 8-days hiking tour. We are hiking with our tents in our backpacks, and we make a new camp every night. We will explore a fantastic outdoor life and hopefully experience a rich arctic wildlife, beside visiting cultural heritages of former trappers activity on Svalbard. The tour is demanding.
