Our Trapper's hotel serves the trapper's Christmas treats. Christmas in Svalbard has always brought something extra tasty to the table. In the run-up to Christmas, our chef brings out cheeses and home-made cured meats, and serves generous portions of goodies. Enjoy with our homemade mulled wine or perhaps a glass of Northern Lights bubbles?
