Welcome to a lecture in sausage making with head chef Joshua Wing from restaurant Polfareren!
This is the perfect lecture for those who want to learn to make their own homemade sausages. Joshua is a "good old fashioned" sausage maker, and he oozes knowledge!
The lecture will be held in Smak Svalbard's festival tent in the centre of Longyearbyen.
We learn about mixing ratios, spices and techniques for a good result.
