We welcome you to a lecture on future crab fishing in Svalbard!

Grete in Nofima will delve deeper into possibilities for future snow and king crab fishing in Svalbard, and fisherman Erling will talk about how fishing for king crab is conducted on the coast of Finnmark. At the same time, Håkon from Restaurant Polfareren will hand out different king crab taste tests.
The sommelier Kristine Sandsleth will also accompany us, and help with making one Norway's most delicate ingredients appear even more distinctly.

With known and unknown food and drinks combinations, you can learn to surprise your guests when you have your crab dinner in the future.
