Covid-19 and travels to Svalbard

The Norwegian government has decided to discontinue the requirement of a negative test for Covid-19 prior to departure to, and after arrival in Svalbard.
The change applies from 1. March, 24:00.

The Tourist Information is now open:

The Tourist Information office in Longyearbyen is now open Monday-Sunday from 10:00 to 17:00.
The phone is open from 09:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday, and from 10:00 to 17:00 from Saturday to Sunday.
