Are you ready for a snowmobile adventure in the magical Arctic polar night? Join us on a unique journey to a stunning frozen waterfall!
This tour covers approximately 70 km and lasts around 6 hours, giving you the chance to experience Svalbard’s breathtaking winter landscapes.
We pick you up from your accommodation and bring you to our basecamp, where the adventure begins. Before departure, your guide will give a safety briefing and make sure you’re dressed in the proper gear to enjoy the experience to the fullest. You can choose to drive your own snowmobile or share one with a travel companion (with the option to switch drivers along the way).
As we ride into the deep polar night, we cruise through the majestic Advent Valley. Keep an eye out for Svalbard reindeer and other wildlife that may cross our path. When we reach the frozen waterfall, your guide will share fascinating insights into this incredible natural phenomenon. We’ll take a break to enjoy hot drinks and biscuits while admiring the shimmering ice.
And don’t forget to look up! You might be lucky enough to catch the northern lights dancing across the dark sky—Svalbard is one of the few places in the world where the aurora can even be seen during the day.
This snowmobile adventure is perfect for anyone eager to explore Svalbard during the Arctic dark season. No previous experience is needed—our guides will give you clear instructions and ensure a safe and comfortable start.
