Welcome to the world's northernmost brewery. At 78 degrees north lies Svalbard Brewery. Svalbard Brewery poured its first beers in August 2015, after several years of determination and perseverance to change the 1928 law that banned the production of alcohol on Svalbard. Today, 10 years later, Svalbard Brewery is a brewery that delivers top-quality craft beer made with glacier water to all of Longyearbyen, mainland Norway, and several countries in Europe. Team Svalbard Brewery warmly welcomes all guests inside.
