#Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020
Join us for an exciting trip into beautiful nature, with rich animal life, and an amazing view towards the Von Post and Tuna glaciers. We stop at Villa Fredheim which has an important place in the history of Svalbard.
We will serve you a warm field lunch along with warm beverages. This is a very easy tour and suitable for most. A full briefing will be given in the beginning and you don't need any previous snowmobile experience. It is approx. 30km one way in flat terrain.
On the way we will have several stops which will give you plenty of opportunities to take pictures. We may see reindeers, and with some luck, we may also get to see polar foxes or seals. If we are extra lucky we may possibly see a polar bear at a safe distance.
Another stop on the route will be the frozen Esker waterfall which freezes every winter. This trip is very easy to drive and suitable for most. A full briefing will be given in the beginning and you don't need any previous snowmobile experience. It is approx. 35km one way in flat terrain.
If you have any food allergies please let us know before the tour.
For our guests who need glasses we recommend to switch to contacts prior to the tour.
A valid driver’s license for car or motorbike is required to drive a snowmobile. Remember to take it with you on the tour. The passenger does not need to have a driver’s license.
