Looking for some fun while learning about the place?
We offer informative Scavenger hunts and Treasure hunts in Longyearbyen (see details below).

Those games can be done at your own pace, split through your stay or all in one go (duration indicated for one go).
You can play alone or in group (one reward per participant booked). We organise challenges for groups. Contact us!

Download and use our companion app: Hunt and Escape (Android only, works offline) or play the Scavenger hunt via email.
Your booking code can be used from 7 days prior to the reward date, it won’t be activated until then.

Scavenger Hunts : 3h – 150kr
Get your reward through the app or by meeting us at the time of your booking (usually the evening before your departure).

Regular game, from age 12:
Navigate through town and solve riddles to find objects and places. Riddles in English are sent by email or via the app.
You can make teams to challenge your friends or family members: who will be the first to complete the hunt?

Animal quest, a scavenger hunt for kids under 12:
Give some challenge and purpose to your children while going to the museums and visiting the place. When you are done with the quest, we meet to give the children a reward.

Riddles and clues are also available by email on demand in English, Norwegian, German, Dutch, Czech, Polish, Russian, French, Spanish and Italian.

Treasure Hunt: 3h to 5h – 399kr (in app) - English only - companion app necessary : Hunt and Escape (Android only, works offline)
Between treasure hunt and escape game, alone or with friends, download our companion app for Android and embark on an adventure through town. Observe, learn, solve riddles and puzzles to win the game!
- historical themed scenario from age 15 (more reading, uses facts as clue to solve the game)
- fantasy theme from age 12 (younger if parents help) (info available but the game requires less reading)
- kid's scenario (age 6 to 10) has independent chapters and entertains your children during your strolls in the city. It can also be played alongside the other scenarios.

Entrance to the museum is purchased separately, free for children under 18. The museum chapter can be skipped in game.
