Restaurant Polfareren and Svalbard Bryggeri invite you to an evening of exotic flavors with local products from the Arctic and Norway. We proudly present: "Arctic Meets Mexico", a 5-course dinner where the flora and fauna of the North meets the vibrant spirit of Latin America.

Our sous chef, Ana Laura Orozco Guerra, with experience from kitchens around the world, brings you the essence of her homeland. She created a 5-course menu inspired by the proteins in the Arctic, combined with the traditions and flavors of Mexico, highlighting the uniqueness of Norwegian terroir.

The evening will be accompanied by the passionate team from Svalbard Bryggeri, who will pair each dish with their product, creating a journey of taste that bridges cultures and climates.
