Imagine stepping into a magical world where everything is in ice
– beautiful blue and white colours appear, and the silence is total.
On this tour you will from first steps into the wilderness feel the contrast between the raw, open landscape and the silent power that waits ahead underneath the surface in the ice cave.
Together with our certified guides you will safely move through the Svalbard landscape up hill, over snow, ice and 1000 years of geological traces, towards the magical ice cave.
When we reach the entrance, it will only be our small group enjoying this magical place, with plenty of opportunities for breathtaking photos and aha-inspiring moments. Our guide will lead the way deep into the icy corridors of the glacier to explore intricate ice formations, and the surreal stillness of a frozen world. Stories will be shared, and you will get insights into the history of the glacier, the formation, and the dynamic forces that shape this ever-changing environment.
We will enjoy a field lunch before our hike back towards Longyearbyen begins.

At the entrance you might need to walk down a ladder because the ice cave changes its form every year.
