Step into the wilderness of Svalbard on this immersive wildlife sighting tour in and around Longyearbyen.
Designed for travelers who want a genuine encounter with Arctic nature, this experience takes you into the landscapes where wild animals actually live, move and feed.

Together with your certified local guide, you explore the terrain on foot or by vehicle, following no fixed route.
Instead, we go where the wildlife is.
The Arctic is unpredictable and that is exactly the point: every outing is different, and the absence of a script is what makes each sighting feel real.

Arctic fox, reindeer, walrus, seals, birds and occasionally whales can all cross your path.
Your guide reads the landscape and shares knowledge about animal behavior, local ecosystems and the seasonal rhythms of life at 78° North.
You move at a pace that respects the animals, stopping where needed and giving you time and space to observe and photograph.

Itinerary
- Pick up from your hotel in Longyearbyen.
- Explore the landscapes surrounding Longyearbyen, following wildlife signs and terrain conditions.
- Stop at key locations to observe and photograph Arctic wildlife at a safe, respectful distance.
- Your guide shares knowledge about the animals, their habitat and the Svalbard ecosystem.
- Wrap up with refreshments and a debrief back in town.
