Book a half- or full day with one of our private guides and enjoy a tailor-made Arctic experience.
Our guides are dedicated, trained and experienced Arctic guides with a hospitality mindset!

Not sure where to go, what is doable for your group, or do you want to go off the beaten tracks?
Let us know your preferences and things you would like to achieve, and together we will come to a tailor-made Arctic adventure program.

We can arrange half-day or full day wilderness hikes, snowmobile trips, ice cave climbing/ ice cave visits and join you on many more activities to experience the Arctic at her fullest.

Our private guides are ideal for groups, families and those who do not want to join a regular trip. We can adjust the pace, destination, starting time and duration accordingly.

How does it work? Just simply book the day of your preference. After payment we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss all matters (like pick-up time, duration, destination, group size et cetera).

Included in a full day or multiple day private guidance
Our professional and dedicated guide, warm lunch, hot drinks and snacks, rescue insurance, emergency and safety equipment, transfer to and from your accommodation, assistance in hiring snowmobiles, boats or equipment if needed.

Included in a half day private guidance
Our professional and dedicated guide, hot drinks and snacks, rescue insurance, emergency and safety equipment, transfer to and from your accommodation, assistance in hiring snowmobiles, boats or equipment if needed.

Excluded
Use of snowmobiles, suits, fuel for snowmobiles, charter a boat or any other equipment. Additional costs will apply.

Important to know
Maximum number of guests per guide:
- 6 guests on snowmobiling trips
- 8 guests on hiking trips
- 12 guests on boat trips
- A second guide is needed if these numbers are exceeded

We reserve the right to refuse you joining our activity, if you fail to be well prepared clothing-wise, according to our “What to bring” section.

Your safety is our main concern.

Cancellations
If you need to adjust your booking, let us know. If available, we'll gladly guide you on another day of your preference. However, if you need to cancel, please notify us in writing.
Cancellation reimbursement: 22 days or more prior to departure: 95%, 21-8 days prior to departure: 50%, 7 or less days prior to departure: 0%.

Refunds
We are not able to offer a refund due to route changes, sickness, cancelled or delayed flights or any other circumstance outside our control. We recommend that you have a valid travel insurance.
If we need to adjust our planned route due to safety reasons, we hold the right to do so. Your safety is our main concern. There is no reimbursement if we need to.

Age limits
All under 18 need to be accompanied by an adult.
