Join us for a wildlife safari by van through the Arctic landscapes around Longyearbyen. We’ll search for Svalbard reindeer, Arctic foxes, ptarmigans, and a variety of birds in summer, while soaking up the atmosphere of the High Arctic.
This tour is about more than simply spotting animals. Along the way, your guide will share stories about how wildlife survives in one of the world’s hostile environments, explaining the remarkable adaptations that make life possible above the Arctic Circle. Every outing is different, making each safari an experience shaped by nature itself.
Whether you’re an enthusiastic wildlife photographer, a nature lover, or simply looking for a memorable hangout in the Arctic, this tour offers an opportunity to experience Svalbard beyond the town.
What is included:
Transfers from and to your hotel, hot drinks and snacks, certified local guide with polar bear protection, safety equipment and Search&Rescue insurance.
What to bring:
Warm boots, wool base layer, windproof jacket, outdoor pants, hat, buff, windproof mittens\gloves and water bottle. We do recommend to bring extra layer clothing with you, such as puffy jacket or warm sweater

The route can be adjusted due to the weather conditions and presence of wildlife.
Your pick-up time depends on your hotel’s location, so please allow for a slight variation in the scheduled time.
We are not able to offer a refund due to sickness, cancelled or delayed flights or any other circumstances out of our control, therefore we recommend you to have valid travel insurance.
