Our adventure begins with a scenic hike up a frozen riverbed, surrounded by the landscapes of Svalbard.
As we gain elevation, we continue across the glacier’s rugged moraine, learning about the region’s geology and glacial environment along the way.
After reaching the glacier, we make our way across the ice toward a natural ice cave tucked into the side of the glacier.
Carved by centuries of moving ice and seasonal meltwater, the cave reveals a world of crystal-clear formations, deep blue ice, and frozen passageways.
Inside the glacier, you’ll have time to explore this environment while your guide shares insights into glacier formation, local history, and the rapidly changing Arctic ecosystem.
We’ll pause to enjoy a well-earned lunch in one of the most unique dining locations imaginable—inside the glacier itself.
No previous glacier experience is required.
This tour is suitable for anyone with a reasonable level of fitness and a sense of adventure.
Professional guides will provide all necessary safety equipment and instruction throughout the journey.
What is included:
Transfers from and to your hotel, hot drinks and snacks, warm lunch, certified local guide with polar bear protection, safety equipment, micro spikes, helmets, walking poles, head lamps and Search & Rescue insurance.
What to bring:
Warm boots, wool base layer, windproof jacket, outdoor pants, hat, buff, windproof mittens\gloves and water bottle. We do recommend to bring extra layer clothing with you, such as puffy jacket or warm sweater

The route can be adjusted due to the weather conditions and presence of wildlife.
Your pick-up time depends on your hotel’s location, so please allow for a slight variation in the scheduled time.
We are not able to offer a refund due to sickness, cancelled or delayed flights or any other circumstances out of our control, therefore we recommend you to have valid travel insurance.
